  • The price for a quarter acre serviced plot starts at kshs 7.5m
  • The price for a half acre serviced plot starts at kshs 12m

This is inclusive of kshs 1m service charge for five years, thus making the land cost kshs 11millon and kshs 6.5m respectively.

There are no reservation charges for booking

  1. 10% deposit upon signing Letter of Offer
  2. 90% balance within 90 days of signing Sale Agreement
