The department has been involved in the letting of landmark shopping malls and office buildings in Nairobi which include Telposta Towers, Crossroad Mall, Sarit Centre, The Mall, Corner House, Stanbank house, Parklands plaza, Galana plaza Barclays Plaza, among others. The Department has also been involved in letting and selling various big projects both in Kenya and East Africa region.
In commercial sales, one of the projects is the sale of Delta Centre in Nairobi’s Upperhill to the World Bank and International Finance Corporation which was one of the largest single sales transaction in East African region. In residential sales, one of the remarkable projects is the sale of KCB plots in Runda, Runda Mimosa and Runda Mumwe.
In Rentals, the department is involved in letting projects which include Nanu Apartments off Chaka Road, Longonot Apartments, Norfolk Towers, Arboville Apartments, Nabro Apartments, Duncan Court, Opal Court off State House Road, Stands Apartments, Dennis print Road. These are properties the firm has been managing and letting for over 20 years.
The department is headed by Mr. Kenneth M. Masika who is experience in valuation, letting, rent negotiations, lease administration, project management, real estate consultancy and professional advice on market forces/rentals/practice/conditions in major developments in Nairobi. Mr Kenneth is assisted by four managers who are Registered and Licensed Valuers and Estate Agents, six officers and three support staff.
